Meet Ian Anthony Dale

Ian Anthony Dale is a handsome 32-year-old actor from Minnesota of Japanese, French and Engish descent. Ian is currently a regular in the NBC drama The Event and has been acting since the early 2000s. Check out the video clip below, where Ian discusses his upbringing and ethnic background. It seems I may have to complaining less that there are not enough Asian actors in American film and tv. There certainly seems to be some improvement. 🙂
Thanks BiAlamode for the tip!

Who I am Bitofabelly81 aka boab81, founder of Black Women Love Bi (BWLB): An Asian Men Appreciation Blog Why Because I love Bi/Rain/비/Jung Jihoon. I have never been inspired to start a blog/site for any celebrity/public figure, until I learned about Bi. He is the whole reason this blog exists. If it weren't for him, I would know nothing about the world of K-pop (which I adore), nor would I care. I am also a big fan of Japan and all things Japanese. I strive to feature men of all Asian ethnicities on the blog, but since K-pop and Hallyu are very popular, this blog has a tendency to lean more towards features on Korean men. 1. they are getting represented more and more. I think Lost helped alot to with hipping people to the Korean culture as well. I loved me some Jin. My little sister and I watch The Event and this is her man. Anytime something bad is happening to him we start screaming.

  2. WOO HOO!!……Thanks BOAB81, I think he’s a gorgeous man and I had just become aware of him actually when I started watching The Event (which I really started watching because of Blair Underwood initially…..can’t lie….SMILES). However, I QUICKLY noticed IAN and it was like “Hey, boo….how YOU doing?!!”

Thanks so much for the post!!

  3. Mmmmm…. I sometimes watch The Event, but I really noticed him when I tried to stream the live action version of Tekken (favorite game). He looked good there too.
