‘Asian Hitch’ Sees the Potential In AM/BW Relationships

‘Asian Hitch’ Says Black Women, Asian Men Make Beautiful Couples

Old article, but still very relevant to this blog. Just goes to show that this “movement” is becoming more and more widespread…

  1. “Asian Hitch says that Asian males,Black women makes beautiful couples”.

I must concur with him. Everytime I go on the internet and view the blogs, I’m in awe. Let the world tell you, they barely exist. I was always curious of them: With the few Black male/Asian women couplings( and love them equally as well) I seen during my childhood, in the back of my mind I was sure that AM/BW unions had to exist. The Blasian Movement makes me think about the puppy love I had for my friend’s cute Vietnamese American brother. The last time I seen him I was 18 years old. He was still neat dressing, cute as ever and serious looking. I wonder what he is looking like at 43?( That is his age)

I’ve always been on board the Blasian movement/IR movement since I was a child thanks to my pops spreading his love of Asian cultures to his three kids( and seeing those cute Vietnamese, Cambodian and Korean guys in his photo album). I’ve also love learning about International stuff( Particularly, Latin, Middle Eastern, African American and Asian cultures). My mom/dad had friends and family who are in IR relationships( BW/AM( Arab) men, BM/WF, BM/AF )I just remembered my parents not caring about the racial aspects of their relationships whatsoever. I guess that is why I harbor those same sentiments.

AM/BM relationships may have been out for centuries, but it seems that Bi Rain and Jet Li exacerbated it. It’s like they increased more awareness about Blasian AM/BW couples. That’s a great thing. Although I have seen more BM/AW pairings in my life than the other way around, they are on the rise. I’m quite that they are out there, but they may not be where I live at.

I’m hoping the Blasian movement continues. Hopefully, it will help Asian men to know that there are Black women who love them and love them as they are. Love should really be colorblind. If you love a person who just happens to be from another race/cultural background, that’s all good. I think about my friend’s brother. yes, we made a pact that we would never date each other’s siblings. For the most part, I still feel that way, but I’m not going to lie, if I see him today( from what I hear he still lives in ATL , where I’m from) , if he is still the well rounded guy that I knew in the past, and if he is not married, he would probably be a serious temptation for me.

IF you see him?! If you are in a position to, girl you better go try to find out where he goes so you CAN see him!

  3. I liked the article, It shows about how much Am/Bw relationships are being more and more noticed. The more asian men see blogs and videos on youtube about these relationships and it gives them an insight that there are black women who want to be with them. ^ ^

  4. I think the whole Blasian concept is a wonderful thing. If I was still single and in my twenties I would DEFINITELY have dated an Asian guy. I just don’t think Asian guys would have approached me. Now that I’m older and more aware and if I was still single, I would not hesitate to let it be known that I am open to the idea of Blasian love. However, since I AM NOT single for me it is only an idea, but I hope to see more Blasian couples out in the world. We (society) let our differences keep us away from each other too much. We are all more alike than we are different. Everyone wants to live their lives to their fullest and be happy with a roof over our heads, good food to eat and surround ourselves with people who love us. EVERYONE in the world wants that, doesn’t matter what color we are “wrapped” in.
